Energy Gummy Candy

Servings: 4 | Calories: 7 | Net Carbs: 0.4g


Ingredients:

  • 0.3 oz packet of sugar free strawberry Jell-O*

  • 1/2 tbs powdered unflavored gelatin

  • 1/3 cup Bang Energy drink (Rainbow Unicorn flavor)*

Instructions:

  1. Add all three ingredients to a small saucepan, cook over a low heat while continuously stirring

  2. Once the gelatin and Jell-O are completely dissolved, transfer the mixture into a squeeze bottle*

  3. Place silicon molds on a baking sheet to keep the molds from spilling or twisting out of shape.

  4. Carefully pour the mixture into the silicone molds

  5. Let the Jell-O cool for 5 minutes and transfer to the fridge for 30 minutes or until set.

*Notes: You can use any flavor combination of Jell-O and Bang. Play around with combinations to find which flavors you like most. Some other combinations I made were lime Jell-O with Lemon Drop Bang and orange Jell-O with Pina Colada Bang.

If you don't have a squeeze bottle, you can use a dropper or even just spoon the mixture into a mold. In a pinch, you can try a thin layer in muffin tins.

You can also substitute out the Bang Energy drink if you prefer. Just use cold water instead.


Storing:

It works best to keep your gummy sealed in the refrigerator to keep them from melting or sticking together.
